Happy Thanksgiving. Happy Chanukah (first time in my life it falls on same day).

We may be going to jail– we are sick of turkey so not having it this year. If the world ends, blame us.

Having a basenji in your life it's always interesting . Max didn't eat the turkey, & the squirrels got a free pass.

@sharronhurlbut: Yea, well, maybe you can b proof the house and leave him out with a nice chew toy. My 2 b's sleep when I am gone. I think that's what my B does as well. I swear every time I return, not a single thing is out of place. Not even his toys. He's usually stretching as I enter. He acts like he's just getting up from a nap on the floor, but I always can tell he's been sleeping on the couch (he doesn't know humans can sense heat). Funny how he hides that. :D
