  • HI again!

We went to the sand dunes with our three boys (Bu, Chaf and Ryan :) )
A lot of sand and the forest around it!

They walked off the leash the biggest part of time and really loved it..

Ryan is hugging a tree :)

The two dots are the Basenji boys!

    Chaffie

    Little Ryan

    Kas and Ryan

    Just sniffing around

Beautiful! Kas played here a lot when he was a young boy and he wanted to show us "his" place.. I loved it!

    The boys

    Ryan, enjoying the sun

    :D

This is a weird picture, we think (call us crazy, I don't mind that :)) it's an "orb"
The boys were crazy at that moment and runing towards the forest, at home we discovered this orb, there was no wind, no dust, no flying sand, and no fault because two pictures showed this orb.
Two pictures out of at least ten pictures from one serie taking in just a few seconds…
Maybe the boys got company from my beloved Spranky ;)

    Chaffie is exploring

    The boys again

    Little sweetie!

    Tired Buana

    A little break

    Chaffie

  • I agree with Agile, you seem to have a most interesting life and go to wonderful places. This is a great series of photos, all your boys look great. That place is wonderful!

  • Thank you all for your nice reply's!
It's an interesting life but sometimes a bit to busy, we need some extra time for working on the computer and the forums :)

    :D Thank you :D

  • I wish we had a place like that here, very jealous! :D

  • It's a great place, but we aren't going to walk there anytime soon :(

Janneke told us there were again some dogs poisoned at the same place we walked… one died quick... happened last week!
After some searching at the web I discovered that last November a dog died also of eating a poisoned rat...
They think there is someone that hates dogs :(

We were shocked and looked closely after our boys but they are fine, healthy and happy..

I don't want to think about the fact we had the chance to loosing them or Ryan (he is also walking along with the boys and hugging trees)
We are always aware of what the are sniffing and they always stay close to us so that helped a lot I think...

There are some crazy bad people at our world :(

  • gorgeous pictures, it looks like a wonderful place untill i read about the poisoner :(
The same thing happened in a park near to us.
    Have you lost Spranky ?

  • We lost Spranky at 2004, he was our second dog and I got him as a bithday present when I was seven.
He was loved by so many people and a true special boy, he ment the world to me and we still miss him every day..
He ment so much for us all, we named our company and the ship to him..
Every day we are sailing at the Spranky, every day other ships call to the Spranky.. he deserved it to be known by everyone :)
We sail his name with great respect :)

That's lovely that Spranky's name is used and remembered.
I think i got in a muddle and was asking after your black cat which has a name begining with S, just can't remember it

  • :D Yes, Spaiky is his name :)

I got Spaiky a while after Spranky died and my mom only want to give permission if his name was Spaiky.

In my town dogs are not even allowed in the park. Sign says no animals allowed. Tell that to the squirrels and rabbits guess they cant read . Be nice if you could take your pets with you more. A trip to the zoo would be great.

Thanks for sharing the pictures. Tillo looked so serious in some of them - he must have been focused in on something good smelling.
