    We decided to take our vacation over Thanksgiving this year. First we spent 3 days showing our whippet and coursing in Chicasha Oklahoma staying with my husbands family there for a week. Trog earned his Master courser and our whippet picked up another placement towards her LCM. Then we traveled to Decatur tX for the region 4 invitational where Xander earned his LCM. A busy week, but great way to end the coursing season. Our whippet and Xander each earned a couple more BOBs too;)

    to earn a JC you run a two JC trials, which are just a single run, by yourself. You could run Sat and Sun and potentially earn a JC. Running JC is a good way to learn.

    Congrats to all, it was fun running with your kids in KY. Our next AKC will be at the nationals, Xander just needs that last major and Trog one pt. We will just be running the AKC as I volunteered to work the ASFA event instead.

    @ComicDom1: Kelli, Miranda and I are interested in Lure Coursing also. We are located in IL so we will be looking here and in the surrounding states for events. ComicDom1 Jason If you are not far from the WI border, the BCOSW club is having a coursing fundraising event at Lurecoursing Fanatics on May 9th in Somers, WI. It's fenced in and it's just for fun and open to any breed. $5 for one run, $8 for two. I'm bringing Zoni so she can do a puppy run or two.     Not quite, he still needs 5 more points towards his AKC field championship but will have an opportunity at those in March.
