Do you think he could be a Basenji or mix? There is/was a breeder near this city and a PB in a WV shelter close by not too long ago. I did not see any dewclaws.

We rescued our current B from Medfly - just north of LA. Karen at Medfly was wonderful to work with and we love our little girl!

I hope BRAT can intervene or someone with B experience (or willing to learn) can give her a good forever home. Craigslist can be iffy…she sounds so sweet. Hopefully someone will keep us updated...
