  • For those who have followed Tess on FB since she was born - she will be 6 months old on Thursday. She is growing into quite the princess (she can't be queen since Willow has already laid claim to that.) Here they are waiting for mommy to come into the house

    I have always used a dremmel, then a finishing file to smooth. But on dogs with really dark nail, it is nearly impossible to see so I do a very small amount and check,drill, check .

I beleive a lot of our red/white basenjis do have black hair on their tails, I am told it indicates the possibility of producing tri colored offspring if bred properly. Commonly referred to as 'tri-factoring' Yes, that is correct, breeding to a Tri colored or another color with the Tri Factor and you can get Tris.
