    Parents health tests: dam: DNA Fanconi clear, OFA hips good, eyes recently CERF'd normal, patellas OFA normal. sire: DNA Fanconi clear, OFA hips good, eyes CERF'd normal when last tested.
    Registration if any (AKC, Basenji Clubs, etc): AKC limited, spay/neuter required
    Price: $800
    Age when puppies will be ready to be taken home: 9-10 weeks old, end of January/beginning February
    Do you ship your Basenjis: I can but I prefer they be picked up in my home.

    Apparently, because of the pandemic, puppies and kittens are in short supply everywhere, and since female basenjis generally only have one litter a year, you might have to wait even longer. The theory behind the shortage of puppies and kittens (and even older dogs and cats) is that because of lockdowns, etc people are lonely for companionship.

    The only place I know in the UK that actually requests copies of health certificates from breeders is www.champdogs.co.uk I am sure if there are other sites and or places someone will be quick to correct me, but this is the only one I know. Hope that helps.

    @debradownsouth He was Arrested and then he died. I will refrain from posting Horse related posts. You just did not believe me when I said Horses are taken to Great Adventure. Now regarding the Basenjis relation to Wolves: Mu dog loved the Wolves and when I would walk the Wolf and the Dog in the Park the Dogs there which included Rotties, Saint Bernards, Bull Mastiffs all pulled their owner out of the Park because Dogs instinctively fear Wolves.
