Is Iris to Iris PPM acceptable?

Hello all,
My friend just got her B's eyes tested, she is "normal" in one eye, and has a tiny remnant spot in the other. The vet said it's not even a diagnosis, it's just a remnant discoloring, and he said it's Iris to Iris. He refused to diagnoze it as a PPM, and just made a comment on the form. From what I've read here, I understand that should not be a problem for CERF, and that dogs even with Iris to Iris PPM get CERFed. Is my understanding correct?

Hi,
in CZ, Europe is acceptable to breeding with B which has PPM iris-iris in one eye. I think it could be similar in US. (?) -

Is this a dog you're considering using in your breeding? Just curious..

Yes, my friend is planning to breed her this season, otherwise she said she would have waited till next year to get all the health tests done.
