Thanks for your note, Rocky1. I don't know the breed well enough to make an educated guess, was basing it on the shelter's notes. He is a great looking dog and he is very urgent.

no idea if this is a kill shelter or not. Not sure what the non-basenji parts are, but he could be a mix I guess. Hopefully he'll find a nice home.
