Will BRAT be taking the girl at the shelter or will she be adopted out? Some shelters do not work with rescues if they think the dog can be adopted!

This boy looks just like a B except for the ears and funny looking front feet! Lost on 6/29 at Honore & Cooper Creek Blvd. He is neutered and wearing a brown & green collar. He is skittish and scared since he was a rescue and was just getting acclimated.
