This weekend we went up the Lost Coast Kennel Club shows in Ferndale, CA. It was a nice break from all the smoke and heat of the central valley. We usually visit with one of our pups when we are up at this show but unfortunately they had to be out of town this weekend. The host club does put on a nice show and the dogs were happy to participate in the lure coursing demo and we won a nice sweater for one of the dogs in the raffle.

But our real brag is that Rio was WB both days for 2 more points. Rio really enjoyed the attention she got from all the locals who come to the show to meet the breeds and took that "I feel pretty" attitude into the ring.
