Is this what we have?
Looks like it, martingales come in all types and sizes, sometimes the slip part is a chain. Sometimes the collars are about 2 inches wide.

www.majesticcollars.com
Is another cheaper site for martingales. Ann makes them all herself and she's very personable!! :) -

This is perhaps the cheapest I've found martingales online… $22 for a 2" and free shipping... :)
She has some REALLY great fabrics too!! :) -

I just emailed Montana Dogs about ordering some winter coats. I can hardly stand the wait!!

Oh we have those! You will LOVE it :D they are so nice & warm and of course fashionable.
Topaz was more willing to go out in the winter with this coat because I think she felt warmer. And they're water proof too so it's great when it snows.

A woman at the dog park had two Italian Greyhounds today with some really nice martingale collars, I asked her where she got them and this is the place that she told me

Right now oour dogs have 3/4" ones, which we like, but selection seems to be limited in 1" and most are larger. I don't like the look of the wide collars. I want as much as the dogs neck showing as possible.

Oddly, I think the wider ones look better, Barklessdog. :) lol… I think they look like little turtlenecks. And my husband will tell you- no one has more turtlenecks than I do!! So naturally my dogs have to have them too!

That's funny so do I :) I even got Martingale ones because they are larger 2 inches then the plain collars that only come at 1.5 inches. So that you can see the pretty pattern :D :D ha ha!! I'm such a girly girl!!!
We'll be using them as collars anyways :)

I'm a minimalist and feel I want every square inch of my dog showing. They they to be one of the most striking dogs. I get more compliments on our Tri from strangers. Anything that would cover up his lovely white collar, would in my opinion take away from his natural beauty. I think they looked best with those tiny chain show collars.
we have them micro chipped so we like to leave their collars off at home.
That being my feelings, my wife feels differently and likes to tie silly print bandanas around their necks, with flowers, hearts or shamrocks!
I have to admit, strangers are scared of our tri. They have that evil doberman look and small ears. So many people have asked if we did that to his tail or ears. I tell them just part of the breed.

Bandanas are cute… on other dogs. B's, IMO, are too small for them. I love dressing my dogs up so ... I think they're beautiful either way. They run around "naked" at home though... lol

Lupine has a type of martingale collar now too. I always buy their leashes and collars because of the guarantee. They will replace it if it gets destroyed. It doesn't matter how it happens - even if your dog chews the collar or leash up!! I either return it to the place I bought it, or if there are several, I just mail them back to the company. Last time I included a picture of my dog and a letter from her. :)
