I had a look at some of your videos - I will NOT let Kipawa see how your basenji can jump over the gate in your home! :)

Good photos. Cairo ran up on a one-eyed black cat yesterday on his evening walk, it must have been a veteran. It run over to us, balled up in the weeds on its back, and prepared for combat. Good thing Basenji reflexes are mongoose-like or my boy would have had a perforated nose.

Your Pippolo has some characteristics of my cat Barney. Lovely pictures and thanks for sharing them.

My girls have learned to leave the cat alone, pretty much, after scarring has occurred. Gemma though, keeps trying to get her to play - she makes noises and goes down in front of the cat, who of course, hisses and swats her a good one - she has more fur than Shaye, so she has some protection, but I swear sometimes that cat eggs her on, lying right next to her favorite toys, etc., so Gemma can't get to them. It's funny to watch.

I love to watch my girls play like that - although since one of them is a basenji mix, I do hear growling, whining, yodeling, and all manner of wierd noises from Gemma. Like yours, Shaye fight/plays silent but deadly! Your pictures are wonderful. Thanks for posting.

Doing some work on the deck. Posted some of Roo, Here are Lion and Tigger chilling. They seem to like the covered porch and the patio. More varied levels of Sun to lounge in. [image: B0599A5D-47DB-48E5-BFC2-C95D17757219.jpg]
