It might be a little far for you but ,I'm in NJ near Great Adventure.
I can watch your B's.
Breeder for going on 39 years. Send an e-mail and I will speak with you.
You might want to go to www.basenji.org and search for breeders in your area. If they are not close enough to visit, they may be able to connect you with people who they have placed puppies with.
Oh, I love this! Every description I read makes me more proud to have my B in my life. I hadn't seen that one before. 🙂
Also, that egg… makes me want to try this with Penny, but I'm assuming that one was hardboiled. I'm always looking for more ideas for her. She figured out the laser pointer was a hoax in under 5 minutes.
Oh Barklessdog, you are a brave person. I must now stand with you in insane-solidarity and admit I bought it too. It is awful but when you get the line "we couldn't say goodbye so we took him home" part, you know you got to help support the woman. lol
I doubt it would work but we are about 4 hours away in Snowmass and would consider it if there is any way you could make the trip here. We are from Michigan and are planning a trip to Detroit in October and are working on figuring out a dog sitter for that trip. We have a one-year female. It would be great to trade-out but I think are we are probably too far away from each other.
I was talking to my vet friend and here's a couple of other plants/plant products that can be hazardous to dogs … grapes can contribute to renal failure; onions (including the greens) can cause cumulative damage to hemoglobin; and caffeine increases heart rate (just like in us) but can cause seizures in some dogs. Just FYI
