    Lovely pictures - Maya is obviously glad to have Deedee back. You're not the only ones with deep snow, Scott, here we're snowed in yet again! (we're not a million miles away from Jess either) All the Basenjis (including Jewel(16+) are enjoying it but not so sure about us - clambering up and down hills searching for missing sheep is not much fun!!! Our BC (Fern) our sort of sheep dog is more interested in playing chase and catch the snowflakes so we're on our own!!!

    Great pictures folks :D I think the phrase 'Chow Hounds' really applies. In the month with us Leo has learned that he gets no food while we are eating. So he lays on the rug under the table making sure we don't drop anything. If there is food on the table with no-one around that is fair game, my Naan the other night was a target. He will 'surf' the counters as in this first week picture, but now if we see him he knows OFF is coming so he pretends that he stretching with a 'What!, Who Me?' look.     @Maya: Ooooooh, Tootsie i love!! Me too! Isn't she such a doll? :) Sue knows how much I want a little Tootsie diva too. And I'd have her if I didn't have such issues with my job and home life. I hope these next couple generations keep the same essence. Hopefully it won't be too much longer. In the meantime I miss my Toots snuggles, and was gonna go down and visit the babies. But I just didn't find the right time, so had to settle for pictures. lol

    @basi: The snow had gone by the following day so it didn't stay for long thank goodness. Yes Bele is doing very well. She is now fully housetrained (I love Basenjis for that) but still wakes up at 5 am to go out:rolleyes: My mum is flying over from the UK in 2 1/2 weeks so I will see what she thinks of her, though she likes her from the pics that I have sent to her so heres hoping:) How is Mirtillo doing? Hope your mother likes her in real life as well! Nice that she is fully housetrained now! Mirtillo is also doing well. He only peed in the house once, which is great. I have to get out of bed around 5.30 am every morning. Mirtillo is still sleeping then.. but just in case..
