I sent to Jack who is the coordinator near there, but yeah looks mixed. Sadly brat is bleeding dogs right now, need foster homes.

Yes, looks like a B/Chi to me as well, especially with the weight being 11 lbs. Cheeky cute little monkey! Fingers crossed that he finds a good home.

He sure did pick up the looks of a Basenji but in miniature form! I would love to see his running style.
