Here's some picture's of Cairo's first adventure into the wilderness! (I hope the resizing worked) He loved every minute of it! I was amazed at how well he did. He seemed incredibly natural out there. He climbs over logs and everything else, and in all of the pics he's posing himself! The hike was the perfect length too, right as we were about out he started to get tired and wanted up, so I carried him out the rest of the way.

Haha I didn't seem to phase him! He didn't get too much of it this year, though - it was too cold to go out at first and it's now melted!

I know - he only cried a little bit at first though, and then he slept most of the way! The last picture is actually him in the car. Yeah you'll have to meet him next time in Ames!

Hey everyone, here's a few introductory pics of my new my buddy Cairo!! He's awesome, everything I could hope for and more!! I think I'm going to register him as Rafiki's Play On. His momma is Rafiki's American Idol and sire is C-Quest's Just Push Play. More pics to come

They especially smell like fritos when you are dremeling their toe nails. You may want your breeder to give you a demo on dremelling when you pick up your pup. Mine did and I never picked up clippers again

Haha I'll definitely be thinking about that now! Thanks for the advice - she told me about the tool to use and that's a good idea getting a demo.

About picking a puppy, usually the breeder will "pick" for you, based on sex and color preference if you have one along with your personality and lifestyle. So don't be surprised if she already has one in mind for you.

Hey everyone! I'm so excited I just had to announce that I am going to get Cairo this Saturday!!! I had my eye on the puppy in my picture but it's not set in stone yet - any suggestions for choosing a puppy? I think whichever one I "click" with is probably most important?! I went shopping yesterday and I think my house is officially puppy-proofed. Any additional/last minute suggestions would be appreciated! My camera is all charged Pat, I posted on your profile!
