    I'm sure this has already been forwarded to basenjirescue.org but I sent it again just in case as well as posted this on their Facebook page. Hopefully someone can help this guy out. I can help with transport if needed. :-)

    She is now fully sponsored to any rescue that takes her! I assume this means the $100 adoption fee is covered which includes her spay and vetting! If anyone knows a rescue that could take her, please let them know!     The shelter has a new Petfinder volunteer and Millie's pic is now up. http://search.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=9669934 Her behavior is very basenji. The way she approaches other dogs and even her somewhat aloof with strangers attitude. Like many basenjis though the way to her heart is through her stomach and she will be your best friend after a few treats.
