We go to a dog park where a trainer goes to work with his GS and his Malinois - except that the Malinois looks a little more furry than yours, the shape and color of your dog very much resembles his. As an aside, he says his Malinois was very easy to train. (makes me embarrassed to even try to get my girls to "come" in his presence.)
This had happen a couple of times to one of my pups… Her house had a skunk under the deck also... and they had to call someone to trap the skunk... honestly... they will most likely be back unless you find the entrance and block it off....
Yes–they are very much creatures of habit. I had a skunk that was visiting my backyard every day years ago--fortunately, my dogs never had a run-in with it. But I ended up hiring a wild animal trapper who trapped animals like skunks and would relocate them.
Good Job CherylWordWeaver!! He looks very calm too me 😃 😃 What a good boy. I knew the long walk would work for him. It's just a practical way to let them let out their energy & come home to relax….most time HA HA 😃
