Why are b's said to be hypoallergenic?

    I have problems with all other dogs but Basenjis. At first I got a little alergic at nights (because she claimed my bed) but after a while your body gets used to it and you don't have any issues anymore.

    Pat, I will email it to you separately. Apparently, it just wants to save is as a picture and when I reduce it, it goes all blurry. If anyone else would like it, email me to shadow_brat2004@yahoo.ca This is just on more thing on my list of why not to stop strip testing.

    We checked the OFA site, and spoke with Liz who forwarded us to John Kirby. The test may have failed & they might be re-running it. John said he would call us if we needed to retest, so hurry up & wait some more!

    Technically, no dog is truly hypoallergenic, but because basenjis don't shed very much, and keep themselves clean all the time, they are good for allergy sufferers who want dogs.

    @lanemichelleandolimar: recently, michelle and i have noticed our beloved olimars brown coat is fading. what does this mean? should we worry? what can we do to prevent it?:( Most likely blowing coat (shedding out the old coat). Not to worry, totally normal
