So Nike's teeth chatter once in a while, most times right after he smells Mia's butt, I know great visual huh lol. So I am wondering if this is normal, and if it will go away once he is fixed.

My neutered Male, Gromit, still does it, as he has been neutered quite late (over 2 Years old). And he even does mate, when he gets a chance to…
I think the chatterin teeth also can be seen with females. It is a variation of what horses also do, but I do not know how it is called in English, sorry. It is kind of "tasting the scent".

Your description is quite correct… and this will happen neuter or not, spayed or not... just not as often. And yes a neutered dog can acheive a "tie" just can't produce puppies... we call it "safe sex"

Booger did this when he was younger… it was kind of weird at the dog park. People gave us funny looks, we just said he was speaking African (the language with the clicks you know)... He doesn't really do it anymore. Guess he just grew out of it.
