Lure coursing in Indiana or southern CA?

I really want to give my basenji a try at lure coursing. How does someone get into this? How do you find a course? I know he would absolutely love this, because we practice running on a nearby hill above our house. I have fun squatting down next to him and holding his lease and then saying "go!" while letting him off. He runs like the wind for awhile in large circles and then comes back to me.
