Please consider adopting and/or fostering her through a rescue to save this little one. Here is what the volunteer who visited animal control said about her "Beautiful Layla is a 1-year old female Basenji-mix who weighs 28 lb. She had just been brought in by AC so was scared but ended up leaning up against me. She does not do well with cats and we are awaiting the results of her dog-test. She came in with a sprained left front paw which is being treated. HER TIME IS UP 1/22!!!" Here are the rest of the details: CONTACT ferretfarm56@gmail.com if you want to adopt/rescue for this animal. Fee is $110 dogs ($138 if using commercial transport due to certificates required)/$115 cat (includes combo-test). Located in Commerce, GA, 1 hour N of Atl., GA. As of this moment, she has $45 in pledge for a rescue.
