A new addition to our household

Hi everyone,
It's been a while in the making, but we are finally getting another B! I know some of you remember Basenji_Boy's "Willy" (remember him wooing Arti on the beach with some Coronas…:D) You also might remember that I announced a while ago that he sired a litter at Kisa Kennel http://kisakennel.com/ in December 2008! Well come August, I'll be the proud owner of KISA's Cleared for Take Off aka "JR" !!! You can see puppy pictures on Kisa's site…he's the black and white "mini Willy"!
Hopefully I've uploaded a current photos correctly!
He has been residing at the comforts of Basenji Park since February I believe and has been well socialized and has had the best of care! I'm told he listens extremely well and wants to please. He is sweet and good natured (like his Daddy) and will do well with my (snarky) senior, Nala! Part of the reason I'm doing this is for her to have a companion. She loved it when Willy and Jasper came to visit and she does well with my sister's puppy that she rescued in February…she actually "looks" for Melody whenever my sister comes to visit!
I plan on taking him, my daughter and me to classes (group and home) with a great local trainer.
I'm so excited, but I can't really "let it out" since we're keeping it a surprise from the kids! I'm not sure I can hold out, but I'll try!
I'm sure I'll be asking for lots of advice and sharing lots of stories and pictures once he arrives, so thank you (in advance)!!

Thank you for all of your kind words…we are so excited!! I'll do my best to keep it a secret!

We have to wait until August because the timing isn't quite right with our summer schedule and the folks at Basenji Park until then...believe me --- it's killing me too!

Thanks, Pat. Yes, it's the home of good friends of mine, who I met on this site and they have an adorable logo for their home, which is filled with Basenjis!
