Change on State to Brat?

I was wondering if anyone knew how u go about changing the state u can help in I signed up for BRAT to help transport if needed but the problem is i did it when i was In Elpaso Texas Now that i'm in Fayetteville N.C. i was wondering how i change it so i can help them here if needed :)
