Found-White Hound Dog with brown spots, Female Near Logan, ohio

    I am posting for a friend she found an older female mostly white hound dog wiith brown spots trying to cross a 4 lane highway near Logan Ohio. She had a brown leather collar but no identification. She was dirty, skinny and scared. If anyone knows who she belongs to please let me know. My friend is currently keeping the dog at her house and has cleanned her up but she already has 2 other dogs, cats, chicken etc. and can't keep any more animals (city ordanance). The dog has been someone's pet b/c showed no fear at being on a leash and has had no accidents in the house.

    Hi Mona!! Wow, time flies… I think about that little red boy running around with Amina...now she (and he) will be turning 8 this year - they're Veterans! How can that be? Well, I'm a Veteran too, now, LOL. They have Jr Showmanship, I think they should have Senior Citizen Showmanship.     Thanks heavens that kind folks take in 'stray' dogs and try to find the owners. Keeps them away from cars and bad endings.

    Houndmom, I'm sure that if someone is looking for her, they already notified the HS and other shelters in the area or will soon. I wish I could take her if her family doesn't find or want her back. It just hasn't been the same without Dot in our life. Keep those IGs safe! I'm glad you found the forum. From Alicia in Ohio

    I don't know, the picture is so bad that I can't tell. I also remembered someone in southern NC was looking for a lost b-mix, but wasn't sure if it was on this forum or somewhere else. It's still a cute dog.
