I do not know if this ad is legitimate or if it is from a breeder who has leftover pups. There is no information about the dog in the ad!

I have not contacted the owner. St. Joseph is about 50 miles from Kansas City, KS/MO.

This group and BRAT are great…everyone wants to do what they can to help these old dogs who fall on hard times. These type of b's just break my heart. Glad to hear this old dear will fall into soft hands.

Yes, I sent an e-mail to Lori who handles the Basenji mixes and she sent an e-mail to the rescue. I did not see him listed under the Basenji mixes on the BRAT webpage though when I looked last week. Perhaps the rescue did not want to list him there. I would like him to at least go to a foster home. Jennifer
