This company was mentioned on a Basenji Breeder Yahoo Group. The discussion was about Green Tripe. I have never ordered any products so I cannot vouch for the company. The company is Hare-Today and here is the website:
Gizmo is loving his raw bone from the butchers experience. He has had 2 so far. The rib bone goes down nicely, and I have not seen it break into any sharp shards at all.
But I still take it away once it is down to a small enough size so that he has the whole thing in his mouth and is chewing at it with is head up high. I don't want him to get too over excited and try to swallow it.
Today I was going to mix it up by giving him a rawhide bone instead…he just sniffed it and looked at me as if saying "Where is the good stuff!?!" :D
I agree with Pat regarding the coat. It is very common for reds to be "washed out" when they loose their coat. It unusally returns. But if he is doing well on the food, don't change it. The old saying, don't break what not broken.
Jack will paw at his water bowl, tip it over, grab and run with it into the living room, throw it around the kitchen….
And not only when it's empty- if he decides he wants fresh water, he'll knock water all over the kitchen floor.
