I agree with Debra…dogs who feel it is okay to growl and snap at their owners to get their way should not be sleeping in the bed. Paulajean, you can work this out...just get some good advice from a good trainer...she is not a bad dog, you just need a way to communicate to her that you are the leader 🙂 Check out Patricia McConnell's book "How to Be the Leader of the Pack (and have your dog love you for it)" you can google it and find it at several different vendors.

Wouldn't go near it! Particularly as he advocates and sells his version of a prong collar - an adversive way to prevent a dog from pulling - and not very successful at that.

Try using methods that have actually been proven - scientifically and not by marketing spiel!

Basically there are no short cuts, good training and manners take time, but if you learn to enjoy the process rather than focus on the results you enjoy and treasure you spend with your B learning together and then the finished behaviour/trick/exercise is just the icing on the cake.

I found the problem with my puppies swollen tee tee to be the hormones I was putting on my arms. She would bite and grab hold of my arms and I guess she was getting some of the hormones that way. I have stopped putting these on my arms and her tee tee is getting better and better.

This is very interesting, Sinbaje. I have also read that because of the way water is recycled in reservoirs (in the UK, I don't know of other countries) such residues are causing hormonal problems in humans!

Corona vaccines are just money makers for the vets. They are NOT considered core vaccines and I would never subject my animal to it. I suggest you find a vet in your area that is AAHA accredited. They ascribe to the core vaccine protocols of the National Veterinary Societies.

As for vaccines two weeks apart. Only if they are different vaccines. Ie - Ph'nx just got her Dist/Parvo, in 2 weeks will be getting her Rabies, then 2 weeks later her "adult" dist/parvo.

You are wasting your money if you are giving say, a dist/parvo then in 2 weeks boostering it. Not only wasting your money but overdosing your dog, IMO.
