Oddly enough, there is another person in Spain needing to rehome their Basenji puppy. The fellow's girlfriend does not like dogs. The topic is "Basenji puppy for adoption (Spain)" and the guy is @Luc21. Hope you can contact him.
A quick google search yielded this site: www.eurobreeders.com. Search breeds, then B, then look for Basenji. There where many breeders that popped up including a couple in Italy, which isn’t too far I suppose. I have no idea about Basenji breeding in Europe though. Do your homework.
Even though breeders don't show on the on-line database, I do keep pretty full records, and by the way - please keep chasing people to send me litter data !
When you breed your bitch, you are putting her life at risk. Sure, problems don't usually happen but they occasionally do; would you know how to recognise them, and would you know what to do? I have had two emergency C-sections done and they can be quite expensive. Breeding is not cheap if you do it right, so if you think you're going to make money...

Understanding however that breeding carriers to clear is the option that allows to include the widest genetic diversity. Breeding only clear to clear reduces the diversity in the population - shade of what happend to the breed during some of the other health concerns like HA, PRA and Malabsorbtion. Hopefully we learned that throwing the baby out with the bath water is not the most effective way of keeping valuable traits while eliminating health concerns.
