Maya is such a tart…

Maya has recently been in season and thankfully, it was a LOT easier than the last one  But, due to him being beaten up by his sister, my pug Vinnie has now come back to live with me :D Maya is driving him nuts! He was in his crate this morning eating his breakfast and she was sitting with her back against the bars rubbing her head and shoulders on the crate, or just sticking her bum in his face :D Poor little man!! He was more interested in his fried chicken and rice breakfast, bless him :D

Pugenji's would not be a good cross no matter what Maya thinks  She is now in a seperate room completely cos the poor little guy wont get any peace and quiet at this rate otherwise!!

  • What a Tart ! ;)

  • I guess when they get "that way" any guy will do - poor Vinnie. I must say the visual images of a pugenji are a little hilarious!

  • The only other man she lives with is Riley my brain damaged neutered labrador. He HATES her when she's in season (she climbs all over him and follows him around :D ) so just barks at her and runs away if she comes near him at the moment lol!

Poor Maya, none of the men want her :(

Pugenji would be an interesting looking dog i think!!lol

  • I wonder if it would be a Pugenji or simply just a Bug :D

  • Fibula, I should imagine that the two breeds combined would be a bug!!!!

Well, I always thought it was My-a, like the South American tribe. I sometime make the mistake of calling my current fella by my previous fella's name. O.K. it's frequent enough that he sometimes comes to it. Can't blame him, really, I will answer to a name that is not mine, nor close to it, because most folks can't remember what my name is, they just remember that it's, I don't know, Scandanavian, Germanic. I've been called 'Gretchen' my enire life, and I answer to it, in most company, because I know they mean me. That's not my name. I'm sure Arleigh feels the same way sometimes. Poor fella!

I am so sorry that Maya was attacked. I am fed up with people who let their dogs off the lead when they obviously shouldn't be. I avoid places where I am likely to encounter other dogs, you would not believe the goings on re-dogs at the country park it almost makes you feel ashamed to be a dog owner. You are lucky Maya coped so well. Fiji was bitten by a Rhodesian Ridgeback when she was a puppy and she is now terrified of bigger dogs.

@MacPack: They are all probably teething! And the best things for teething are phones, glasses, purses…well, you get the idea. What excuse can I use for my 11 year old who still takes my wallet out of my purse (dumb human, left it on the table again) and eats it? My B is over a year old now. I got him when he was just under 8 months old. He behaved best while he was still a puppy. Seems backwards. For some reason I believe he's starting to develop more of a separation anxiety. Which seems odd because he has always been fine before. Nothing changed.
