    Hi everyone!

    Seems lika a lot of Swedish members has found their way here, and now I am joining them:)

    My name is Jeanette and me and my husband-to-be have 3 adult basenjis and also now a litter of 6 littleones. One of them is a keeper and that brings us up to a total of 4 Basenjis reciding in our home. 2 reds and 2 brindles, 1 male and 3 girls.

    We live in the middle of Sweden in the deep forest just beside a little lake. We have just started breeding and this is our first litter, and we are SOOO enjoying staring down the litterbox all day.

    I am now joining this forum for finding new friends and participating in intresting conversations.

    Welcome-Basenji's=two year olds (I want, I will get what I want, you can't make me, phthhht on you, did I do that?) Yeah, it's never THEIR fault, it's always yours. Unfortunately, I've been in your situation until it didn't work anymore and placed the one girl with my son and his girlfriend.

    Yep, when it comes to Basenjis, it pretty much is a small world. Humvee, aka Tex Son, (he got his call name because he was the biggest puppy in his litter) has had a great show career, and you couldn't ask for a sweeter temperament - although the whole litter was was fabulous. His mom was a total love, and his dad is still incredibly handsome and devil-may-care at almost 11 years old. Hum loves to play with puppies and hang out in the house with his human mom. So although I haven't met Reba, I'm sure he will pass on his love bug genes! We will be hoping the news is good and you soon have a noisy, lovable troublemaker in your life. Terry
