    Hi, My name is Anne and I live with 3 basenjis, Topper, 10, Nicky, 8 and Fast Eddie,6. All are rescues, 2 are tri and Topper is black and white. We live in Tampa, FL and visit one of several dog parks almost every day.That about sums up my life <vbg>. We are fortunate to have several good friends with basenjis so they all get together to play almost every week. Join us if you are ever down this way!

    Welcome and so sorry to hear about the health issues of your two B's…. Thank you for opening up your home to them... And Thank Goodness we now have DNA tests for Fanconi so that no Basenji ever has to suffer with this horrible affliction.

    I agree with the others that this is not a common practice among BCOA breeders. I am sorry that this happened to you and yes, you should get your deposit back.
