And many of the premium canned foods are fine to mix it… I happen to make my own "wet" mix and I always recommend that dry is mixed with something regardless if you make it yourself or use a good canned food.... Cause it gets pretty boring to just eat the same old dry day after day after day (In my opinion)
Christmas Cookie recipes for dogs
-
It's getting to be that time of year again, and I'm on the hunt for some yummy Holiday/Christmas cookie recipes for the pups. Some of the cookies are going to be shipped across the country to various pup pals, so I'm looking for cookies that don't require refrigeration.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,

there are a lot of cheap, cute cookie cutters on ebay. i bought a dog bone-shaped one for 99 cents. as far as a recipe, i usually kind of make up my own. for homemade christmas treats you can use half white/half whole wheat flour (don't want too much fiber), unsweetened applesauce or plain yogurt, egg, parsley (it's green for xmas and gives good breath). i wouldn't add any food coloring. for a candy cane cookie you could stripe it with parsley and slices of red radish

I don’t make up any recipes myself. I usually take other people’s recipes and modify them to fit what I think is best for my dogs.
