My B falls asleep on my chest and nuzzles his head in my neck. I love feeling his heatbeat on my chest and feeling his breath on my neck. I love the sound of his soft snore and love when he wraps his paws around my arm. These moments are priceless.
Oh my goodness, I do not know how I didn't see this thread before! (I hit new posts so strange!) What a wonderful LOVE story and pictures. Thank you for sharing and starting my day with such delight! :)
I could list a whole lot of things but the snuggling under the covers is the sweetest. That's when I love her most. One thing I'm really really thankful for now that Abbey's 7 is that she no longer explodes out of the covers at 2 am when a helicopter flies over. Gotta love her for that. Took 7 years but my girl has finally grown up!
I keep a box of shredded paper in the corner for Gossy to throw around (easier to clean up than TP and tissue) and a box of unshredded newspapers for her to bury bones.
Initially the boxes of paper were for recycling purposes (I weed out the bones on recycyling day) but they suit her purposes as well.
That sounds good!
I am working with the positive reinforcement, and for the most part it works, just in that instance she goes "deaf". I also "clicker" train Callie, and she loves that!
