B Mix in Miami FL Shelter

Is there anyone who could see this B Mix to determine if she is actually a B or perhaps a Shiba Inu? It is not a good picture as it appears that it was taken when she was in a truck cage/kennel. This shelter used to have a reputation of not being very good. Here is her Petfinder website:

Hard to tell about Daisy, because her ears are down - she has the look though. I don't think Lobo is Basenji - to me he looks very much German Shepard, not even mixed much. Of course it is hard to tell without seeing them in "person."

I did ask the shelter about Daisy (at least she has a name now), she is 26 pounds and about 4 years old, I didn't learn much else other than she doesn't have much time.
