    I am part of a Basenji group that meet in the city and this is what we are doing this weekend…..the Annual Central Park Country Dog Fair is this weekend. http://www.centralpar… So we are going to meet at 81st and CPW at the Planterium Dog Run let the B's run to their hearts content and then go into the Park to enjoy the Fair. They have agility courses, an Open casting call for the Letterman show and all sorts of events for dogs. We hope that this appeals to those of you who have already said yes to Saturdays Meetup. We are trying to offer things to do other than meet in the runs. As usual your comments and ideas are welcome.

    Dear Laura, I am so sad to hear of your loss. The awful pain we feel when a pet dies is a reflection of the intensity of the love we had for them. Please allow yourself time to be sad and grieve. Savannah will probably be sad as well. Judy

    These are wonderful action photos! So glad you're sharing them. Would be nice to take my kids to a park like this. I'm going to have to do some investigation in my part of the world.

    @jys1011: I don't know what it means…but YAY HOORAY!! :D I can't wait to go & see a Basenji show. Supposedly my C3 is Ch & has been to shows before but I would NEVER believe this myself since he is SO hyper around other dogs. I don't know how he would ever make it into a ring without disrupting the whole event!! :D The wife did tell me there is a Show in New Jersey they will go to next year(Trenton area)…...when it gets closer I'll let you know. The more I think I'm learning about the Dog show scene, the more confused I get.......maybe that's why the wife leaves me home.[image: eusa_think.gif]
