Cryosurgery/cryotherapy for Pets in SF Bay Area South Bay?

My Cosmo has a small lump in her ear. Took her to the vet and they took a sample of it. The vet called back and said the ctytology results seems to show its benign but can't say for sure that it is. Anyway, she said it's okay to remove it. However, my vet can only do it using anesthesia which I don't want to do. I asked about what about just freezing it then removing it. She said there are places that do that but their office doesn't. And she didn't know of any vets that do this (she's a new vet - she's only been in that office for about a month).
So, I wanted to check the B Forum to see if anyone knows of any Veterinarians in the SF Bay Area in the South Bay that does cryosurgery?
[For reference, Cryosurgery (cryotherapy) is the application of extreme cold to destroy abnormal or diseased tissue.]

Did you ever find a place that does this, if so what was your experience?

How about local anesthesia - Binti had a lump removed near a nipple with just local anesthesia - worked fine.

I didn't get this done. It eventually disappeared from her ear though I can't remember how long. I think I just keep putting an ice cube on that lump every so often.
When I checked about cryosurgery, Adobe Animal Hospital (in Los Altos) does this type of surgery and this place has a good reputation albeit expensive so it would help if you have pet insurance.
