@eeeefarm Thank you for getting back to me. My boys 19month so he's not a puppy but not an adult yet. I'd say there are about 3 Collies in my area, all on leash and definately not used as working dogs.
Will keep an eye on this and see how it progresses. Hopefully something he will snap out of when he gets a bit older.

So I'm wondering is there some sort of rivalry between these two dog breeds??
I take my little Titan for a walk and he's fine with most dogs, ie ignores or has a quick look back and sniff. However, when ever we come across a Collie (That's ANY Collie), he seems to get riled up. The Collie, also seems to want to have a bit of a fight!.
Now this is getting annoying as we are starting to see more collies round my neck of the woods. So, was wondering is this some sort of hierarchy thing? Where one is challenging the other or are they both just being dogs? Ohh forgot to mention little T isn't snipped so maybe this is a factor?

My breeder who I have got my puppy off ( he's now 15months old) has some puppies for sale.
She needs them re homing soon as she's just left Ukraine and all the fighting. She's currently based in Romania with puppies. Puppies will be ready to leave within the next 2 weeks.

So I have been looking at feeding my Basenji raw meat. I can get hold of whole raw chicken cheap. My question is, can they have raw bones. I've read in some places they can't and others they can. I know they cannot have cooked bones as these splinter and can cause damage to the insides.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi, so my little man Titan has white flakes on his black coat. It's like he's got dry skin/dandruff. I've been to local shop ( petsathome) who advised to get a teatree soap for him got it but didn't make any difference. So went and got an oat based shampoo which has made a slight difference but not stopped his dandruff as he seems to scratch all time. However, this Shampoo has made his coat really smooth...
So questions is... am I barking up the wrong tree with thinking its Dandruff or does anybody know of a solution for this ie, some shampoo or lotion for him.

@jeanetteg yeah he's got all his paper work, passport, microchipped and all injections too.
@jeanetteg we got him from basenji-lucky in Kriyov. Nadiya has been very helpful in getting our puppy and helping with transport etc.

Expand your search as said. I asked about some in the UK but none. I'm getting one from Ukriane next month all fully vax, with passport and more. I actually can't wait.
Hi @elbrant the breeder that I have located is in the Ukraine. She has pure bred basenjis of different colours. Most of the litter has gone but she still has some left.

Hi, my wife and myself have now come to a point where we are capable and willing to be able to welcome a beautiful Basenji puppy into our family. We are from Preston, UK (England). We would love to have a tri colour or black basenji. We would also like anybody who is a reputable breeder to please contact us. We will not be buying just yet as due to current situation (Covid) we cannot come and view the puppy. We would love to be able to see puppy and parents before we buy.
