TX-Houston-Possible Tri Male Basenji-In Shelter-Listed as a Corgi

Is there anyone in Houston who could take a look at this boy who is listed as a Corgi but to me looks like he could be a B-has longer legs than a Corgi? He is at the Houston Humane Society. I have not called to see if he is still available.
