Not that you can tell always from pictures, but I would not say that this is a quality bred Basenji (conformation wise). So my guess from a BYB or PM/Pet Store
KY Hopkinsville-PB Female B in Shelter

There is a PB young female red & white B-Bella in the Christian County Animal Shelter. I have not contacted the shelter as I just saw her and the shelter is closed. Could someone contact BRAT and let them know about this girl? The shelter is located approximately 70 miles NW of Nashville, TN.
