TX-Irving-Basenji Mix in Shelter

There is a red male Basenji mix in the City of Irving Animal Shelter. He is approximately 3 years old and weighs 20 lbs. His name is Kuma and his ID number is 13454059. He is listed as a Terrier mix. He is an owner surrender due to moving. He has very little white and has a curly tail. He is supposedly friendly and appears healthy. I have not contacted the shelter so I do not know if he is still available.

I hope someone can go and take a look and see if he might be PB. He is urgent but is not on the euth list yet.
