I'd love to hear what it was like to do the paintings that you did on Yupo π and also why you picked it for your paperβ¦I'm just curious π . I'm a graphic designer, so I know Yupo well, however have never had a reason to use it myself.
I painted on Yupo during a 'phase' when everyone was doing it. π It was a total trip β like painting on a sheet of plastic. However, it made for some very unique and interesting hard edges. Lots of people painted with watercolors but I thought that was risky considering they would wash right off if they got wet. I did my work with fluid acrylics which stays put when dried. You bringing this up makes me think that I just may try a Basenji on Yupo one of these days. π
