Great pics!!! Congrats on a beautiful B!

Visits are a great idea. In the past year I have been staying at my familys farm wich has plenty of room but I added another dog and my Mother got another dog for a total of 4. Not bad since two are tiny ones, lol. But it took a bit to learn to b a good pack. I am not sure how cats mix with the dogs but I'm sure visits won't hurt any. Good Luck :)

Are they sometimes called japanese spaniels? Many many years ago we took in 2 strays, my mom this time, found wandering. The female was pregnant but I remember the vet saying they were Japanese spaniels and they looked much like chin except the legs were shorter I think.

I am not sure if they are known as anything else. Not many around here either. I might have to get on the Japanese Chin forum….lol

My daughter just loves to cuddle up with Abby. Here is Mimie a bit closer, she is a good girl even if she is a bit mouthy. :rolleyes:

I had to get a very reflective one because we have so much going on at our farm, with Abby being so black and the night gets so dark this time of year. I can't wait to find a fun summer one for her. Please show pics when u get it made. :)

I use Abby's crate when we leave…. lol, it is easier than picking up the WHOLE house. She is slow to get out of it when i do open it...slowly stretches as she is half way out than calmly walks out. I can tell she likes the down time also.
You'll love having one around!

Mimie is my Mother's Japanese Chin she is also a little over a year same as Abby. The two love to play for hours.
