    There will be AKC coursing at the 3M park in Ames, IA on 30 April and 1 May, unfortunatley I have to work that weekend, but one of my friends will be there with her 4 basenjis and there will be lots of other sighthounds there for socializing. We will be in Des Moines at the Waterworks Park on 7/8 May for ASFA lure coursing and puppy socializing.

    When I took my last two Basenjis to the dog park they never played well or left me very far. I took them to a day care with out me and they played like craze. They don't haft to protect you when your not there

    Is been awhile since the last meetup, we used to be a big group most rescues Some not. If interested I can see if the gang wants to get together again or we can just Establish a date and I can bring my 3 and you can bring yours

    I met 3 other basenji owners (2 new) that would also love to have a tucson meet. I know at least one of them is going to Reid park on Sunday for the agility event, and I will probably be there. If we can get a big meetup scheduled, it would be great as we would have probably around a dozen or more if people bring a few of their multiples.

    We have a 17 week old Basenji pup. We live in Douglas County, west of Atlanta, but I work in Alpharetta and Jessica works in Atlanta so we are flexible on location.
