Glad he has found a home, so sad he was neglected for a time, how did that happen? If for whatever reason we can't keep Kaiser he is to go back to his breeder and be rehomed by her. Jolanda and Kaiser

I noticed that too. I just thought that maybe it was someone that offered to post the ad for the owner.

I love that "Do not stand by my grave and weep" as well. I would have sent that, but didn't save a copy. Yes, I think keeping these poems that touch us, so we can share them with unmet friends, is a very good thing. Hugs. Its so hard to love and lose…only thing worse was not to have loved...

Most of the BRAT folks I know, spend $$ to help dogs that they are moving to other homes. They pay for gas, postage, food, collars, crates…really, almost anything you can think of to get the dogs into shape to go to the new homes with all the "things" that they need. I am afraid I will not be able to give these things to fosters, as I have in the past, due to the paycuts we are all taking. BUT most of us are working for the dogs. We are lucky to have a great support group to help us.
