I would have suggested the low cost spay/neuter clinic for the dam-only $65 and for the sire only $50 if both are under 30 lbs.! I am glad they were not taken to the shelter-high kill rates in Houston.

This cute young tri girl is listed as a B/Sheltie mix. The shelter is located approximately 60 miles from Asheville, NC and 100 miles from Knoxville, TN. It is my understanding that this is a high kill shelter. I have not contacted the shelter to see if she is still available. There are 3 dogs named Jasmine listed for adoption at this shelter-verify that you are asking about the right dog.
