Could anyone in the Houston area take a look at this female B Mix? When I lived there-last time in 2003, this was not exactly the greatest place.

No, it was a person who also owned a rat terrier, and the two of them got into a scuffle over a copperhead. As the rattie was their snake killer, the basenji got to find a new home. I will send her the link.

The shelter has a new Petfinder volunteer and Millie's pic is now up.

Her behavior is very basenji. The way she approaches other dogs and even her somewhat aloof with strangers attitude. Like many basenjis though the way to her heart is through her stomach and she will be your best friend after a few treats.
