Please Help!!!!!!
Our 9 month old basenji boy will pee and poop on our master bed. He is walked and he is let out in our fenced in yard every two to three hours or even more frequently. Why is he doing this? Our 15 month old basenji girl is 100 percent housebroken .. They are very bonded. What can we do to stop this? We are frustrated!!! We have started the house breaking training from the beginning over and over again and he will still do this.

Good afternoon everyone,
We just had our little boy Buddy neutered today and he is doing quite well (having a hard time keepeing him calm) Was just wondering what others have found to be behavioral changes in their male basenjis after they have been neutered if any. Thanks

RE: Bad Problem
I read in a previous post that someone feeds ouside the crate…Since he is used to eating in the crate do you think we should feed him outside the crate too try to break the habbit.

RE: Bad Problem
We've tried a towel in his crate as well as nothing at all. We've had him for a little over a week now. we're not looking for miracles but just a little pee or poop outside would be nice.

RE: Bad Problem

Bad Problem
Good Morning,
We just got our 4 month old little boy. He's great, we got him from a breeder that unfortunatley could not give him enough attention. Subsequently he was left in his crate for most of the day. He has become used to pooping and peeing in his crate. We take him on walks and or let him out every couple of hours or so and he will not do his business outside. What can we do to stop this behavior. He is in good health, eating the same food and is adjustinhg well. We just want to now how to break him of this problem. We are also feeding him in the crate.
I was under the impression that dogs usually will not do their business where they sleep and eat.Thanks.
p.s. Thanks for the responces to past threads we forget to respond in a timely manor due to work obligations but we appreciate everyones advice.

Your Advice Multiples
We met a 3 month old B Boy today, and he got along very well with our 11 month old B Girl. We are very close to agggreeing to bring him into our pac. After reading up on the internet our concern is…Is it too soon to introduce a second B into the family. Would we be making a mistake even though they got along famously with our girl being so young and their ages so close.
Thanks for the advice.

A Friend for Elsa
Elsa is now 9 months old and doing great. We are considering getting another Basenji. Would like anyones opinions on if she is still to young to introduce another dog to the home? Getting a male or a female? Pros and cons on multiples? and what age dog to get. Thank you everyone for your input.

Breeders
Good Morning all,
We are considering getting another puppy, for our 7 month old B Girl. Does anyone have experience with either Debbie Hauri in New Hampshire or Eldorado Basenji's in Attleboro, MA. Any help you could give us would be greatly appreciated.

Crying Elsa
Whenever we leave Elsa in her crate for the shortest time she cry's like we are torturing her. My wife and I both work from the house but often times we have to leave. How long will it take Elsa to get used to being alone in the crate. I'm new to the forum and am finding it very helpful. I love it thank you all for the help.
Sincerely an overprotective new father.

Crying Elsa
I feel like i'm being an overprotective new father…. When Elsa is left in the crate alone ( for the shortest time) she cry's like we are torturing her. My wife and I work from home but we often have to leave. How long will the crying last and is it alright for her to cry for an extended period of time.
Thank you all for the help, i'm new to the forum and I LOVE IT .
