Tallulah definitely wags, but also only for very specific people. Often I'm not even one of them! The tail stays curled but does a sort of enthusiastic twitch to and fro.

RE: Age?
My oldest male way bred by Terri Gavaletz, Bushbabies… s.... fun run is that they have a trial but just for fun... still would have to enter, but entry will be small, so they will have practice after... just like a regular trial....
You should talk to Terri about coursing... Who is Tallulah sire and dam?... I am guessing that Baby P (Terri's black and white girl) is her Mom... and sired by Piper?....
Small world! I know almost nothing about the particulars of breeding, so forgive me if I use any terms wrong.
Tallulah's sire was Bushbabies Red Rider (red/white) and her dam Palm Desert Diamond Sparkle (black/white). -
RE: Age?
Thanks very much for the help. What is a "fun run"? Is that an informal "try it out" kind of deal?
Tallulah is 5 and she was bred by Bush Babies. -
RE: Age?
I live in Alameda and would love to try my girl out at Lure Coursing. What would be the appropriate first steps? Where does one start?

RE: Leash aggression??
My little girl has always had some leash aggression problems. The best thing I was finally taught to do was to bring really great treats, keep my eyes open to predict when there's going to be an issue and treat her as far out of the way as you can manage and make her sit until the other dog passes.
After a while it becomes a "good" thing when other dogs come by. Still, eventually I'll get caught off guard and she'll be in a bad mood and the process starts from square one again.
