Also, me and my husband decided to try and change situation here in Croatia and start a web page to introduce Basenjis with people here and we will get a male puppy soon and give it a try in breeding ;)

please check first if there is any demand for basenjis in your area.
i can imagine the breeder stopped their activities because it was difficult to find good places for their pups, since it's not a breed for everyone.
